Springs Window Fashions, LLC announced the acquisition of Patrician Window Coverings, Inc. on February 15, 2017.

The natural synergy, collaboration, and support that will be created from a partnership with Springs will allow Patrician to grow exponentially, while maintaining our successful business model of providing the highest quality of product craftsmanship, competitive pricing, and prompt delivery. Established in August 2014 we are now located in a brand-new state-of-the-art 110,000-square foot facility employing 210 talented individuals.
